1.1 Shipping Zones: We currently offer shipping within India.

1.2 Delivery Time: We strive to process and ship orders promptly. The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the shipping destination and the availability of the products. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date during the checkout process and in the order confirmation email.

1.3 Shipping Charges: For orders above INR 300, we provide free-of-cost delivery. For orders below INR 300, a flat shipping charge of INR 50 will be applied. Please note that additional charges may apply for special delivery requests, expedited shipping, or international shipments. These charges will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

1.4 Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges: For orders placed with Cash on Delivery payment option, an additional cash handling charge of INR 49 will be applied to the order total.

1.5 Delivery Partners: We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. The choice of the delivery partner may vary depending on the shipping destination and the size/weight of the package.

1.6 Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your order online. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

1.7 Delivery Address: Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery address details during the checkout process. We will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

1.8 Delivery Issues: In the event of any delivery issues, such as damaged or lost packages, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order in a satisfactory manner.

1.9 Delivery Timeline: Our estimated delivery time for orders is between 2 to 15 days from the date of dispatch. Please note that this is an approximate timeframe and can vary based on factors such as the shipping method chosen, distance, and potential logistical issues.

 

2. Return and Refund Policy

2.1 Returns Eligibility: We accept returns of products in accordance with the following conditions:

Defective or damaged products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team on immediate basis of receiving the order to initiate a return.

Incorrect items: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order to initiate a return.

Expiry or quality concerns: If you have concerns regarding the expiry date or the quality of a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to discuss the issue and initiate a return if necessary.

2.2 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for the return. We may request supporting documentation or images to facilitate the return process. Our customer support team will guide you through the return procedure, including providing you with the return address and any specific instructions.

2.3 Return Shipping: For eligible returns, we will provide you with a return shipping label or arrange for the pickup of the product. The return shipping charges will be borne by us.

2.4 Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund within 25 days. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.
